How is C&W GLSP compensated?
Our tenant representation services are paid by landlords, not the client, and fees are contingency based. We do not request a retainer, nor do we charge by the hour. Our fees are market-driven and we only get paid after completing a transaction.

I am a start-up. Can you help me?
Yes. We’ve been representing small and large for more than 30 years. If you’re starting out and need advice, just ask. We’ll happily walk you through the processes and costs associated with leasing lab space. No business is too small. You’ll get the same knowledge and negotiating power as everyone else we work for. We strive to build long-term relationships so you can continue relying on us long after outgrowing your start-up phase.
